Do you provide private label manufacturing?

Yes, private label is one of our core services. We handle the entire process — fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk production, labeling, packaging, and worldwide shipping — all under your brand name with no Rekhi branding on any product.

How long does production take?

Standard production timeline is approximately 7 working days from sample approval, though this varies by order complexity, quantity, and embellishment requirements. Rush orders can be accommodated — please discuss your timeline with our team.

What fabrics and materials do you work with?

We work with a comprehensive range: cotton, polyester, cotton blends, French terry, fleece, mesh, dry-fit, spandex blends, pique, and custom fabrics. Our sourcing team can procure specific materials to match your existing product line.

What embellishment and printing techniques do you offer?

We offer 30+ in-house techniques including traditional embroidery, 3D puff, chenille, woven patches, sublimation, screen printing, DTF, DTG, puff print, crackled ink, metallic foil, holographic transfers, laser etching, embossing, rhinestones, and more.

How do you ensure quality control?

Our 6-stage QC process covers fabric inspection, cutting inspection, in-line QC checks, 100% final garment inspection, packing verification, and shipment approval. Every piece is checked before it leaves our facility.

Do you ship worldwide? What are the shipping options?

Yes, we ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and international courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (TT), letters of credit (LC) for larger orders, and other negotiated payment terms. A 50% advance is typical to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. We are flexible and can discuss terms.

Can you match a specific color or replicate an existing product?

Yes, we offer color matching services using Pantone references or physical swatches. We can also reverse-engineer existing garments — just send us a sample and we will match the fabric, fit, stitching, and finishing details.

Do you provide design and tech pack assistance?

Yes, our in-house design team can help create or refine your tech packs. If you have rough sketches, reference images, or measurements, we can develop complete technical specifications for sampling and production.
